Disclaimers. All manufacturers' names, part numbers and descriptions are used for reference purposes only. We do not imply that any parts are the products of a particular manufacturer.

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Minimum Order Charge. There is a $20.00 Minimum Order Charge. Any order totalling less than $20.00 will be adjusted to $20.00 prior to checkout.

Handling Fee. All orders receive a $5.00 Handling Fee. This fee is in addition to the Minimum Order Charge (if applicable) and is included in the "Shipping and Handling" total at checkout.

Shipping. Monday through Friday, orders received before 6pm (EST) will ship that day. Forklift Part and Industrial Seal Kit Orders have an earlier same day shipping cutoff of 4pm (EST). We do accept international orders online. Just add the items to the shopping cart and then input your complete shipping address to see the total quote with freight. We are not responsible for duties or taxes in your country.

Order Tracking. You may track your order on your own once you have received an Invoice Email from Fast Lift Parts. Most Invoice Emails include a tracking # for your order - the general exceptions to this are Forklift Parts and Industrial Seal Kit orders. You will receive this email once your order has been shipped and will be received in addition to your Order Confirmation Email. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order or are having problems tracking your order.

Damaged Shipments. If your shipment is damaged from handling when it arrives, damages must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packaging and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Return Policy. If you would like to make a return, please email a request to our Returns Department at Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be received by our Returns Department within 30 days from the original ship date. We can only refund the cost of shipping on returns that are due to our error. If this is the case, we will refund the full price, including shipping costs. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are returned or refused at no fault of ours. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. To ensure acceptance of your return, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from our Returns Department before returning your order and write it clearly on the outside of the package. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as shipped. The only exceptions would be if an incorrect part was shipped, or the part qualifies under our Warranty Policy (see below).

Warranty Policy. warrants its parts to be free of defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
