How Much Oil To Put Into Pallet Jack Hydraulic Unit

Supplies & Tools Need To Put Oil Into Pallet Jack Hydraulic Unit

  • 1 pint (16 oz) Hydraulic fluid: Grade AW32-AW68

Steps To Adding Hydraulic Oil To Pallet Jack Hydraulic Unit

  1. Add oil until the unit is halfway full without the ram installed. That’s about 1” above the main lift ram seal
  2. If you would like to measure it, it’s about 16oz of oil
  3. Ensure there is no more than 16oz of oil
